Pleased to be invited to Google’s office in Washington, DC to a follow-up to an earlier session addressing al-Qaeda’s propaganda efforts online. I’ll be meeting with a diverse group of Muslim-Americans, security analysts, and technologists to think about ways to push back on al-Qaeda’s messaging outside of the government of milieu. Hosted by Google and Facebook.

“Put Yourself In Front Of Success” [clip]
Transcript: “Put yourself in front of success. I never was the smartest guy in the room. I never was the one that had the big vision and executed perfectly. I just made sure I knew the people who could do those things, or that I was part of the crowd doing those things. I think its just funny that may be people don’t do that. You know, I love people who come and say, “I really...

kashifpasta: I would say I’m a pretty big fan of Apple products. But, if it holds up in person, I would, at least in theory, much rather have this USD $599 ExoPC than an iPad. I mean, it has: Windows 7, which I’ve been pretty impressed with on a recent netbook purchase. So I like the operating system. A beautiful touch interface that you can use on top of Windows 7, with apps that are probably...
